Returns

There is a 25% restocking/retesting fee on all electrical returns for refunds.  All items must be received in as-new condition in order to receive the refund or exchange.   

We do not refund for S&H charges.  We recommend that items be returned via US Postal Parcel Post in order to minimize the cost of shipping back the returns.

Any items may be exchange and will be credited at 100% of value, but the S&H charges for reshipping back to you will be charged.  All items must be received back in as-new condition in order to receive credit.

A return authorization must be obtained before any returns are sent back.  This must be sent to you in the form of an email  You may obtain this by emailing us at ctlumination@cox.net

Once you receive the RMA email, you must print a copy and include this in the package with your returns in order to receive a refund or exchange.
